We didn't go anywhere for spring break this year. We usually try to do a weekend trip, or I at least take time off work to do some fun activities. This year has just been so crazy that we decided to keep it low key. The kids started the week with a trip to Point Ruston with the neighbors. They rode scooters and had lunch and ice cream along the waterfront.
One evening we decided to check out the new Gordon and Purdys Public House in Sumner. They recently moved to a new location and opened an arcade next door so the kids can play while waiting for dinner. They have all the old school games and most of them are only 25 cents to play! It was fun.
We also went to the new adventure park in Federal Way- Catapult. The kids had a blast rock climbing, zip lining and bouncing on the trampolines.
We also checked out Dave and Busters for a couple of hours. The kids had a blast playing all the games. There are so many to choose from!
I just love this time of year. My spring flowers are blooming and they are so pretty! This week was hot enough for the kids to play in the sprinklers. We were spoiled with summer weather in April. I don't want the sun to leave! Looking forward to summer adventures...
