We went to Idaho for a few days. We stayed at Round Lake State Park. It was one of the best state parks I've been to! The lake was gorgeous.
We went to the Boulder Beach water park. It started off as a sunny day and then got a little colder towards the end of the day. The good part is it cleared out the water park so the lines were a lot shorter!
We went to Silverwood theme park the next day. We waited in a lot of long lines... but it was so much fun! There were some great roller coasters there.
Our favorite rides were Aftershock and Tremors- the crazy fast wooden coaster. Stunt Pilot was a blast too.
The last day we hung out at the state park. We hiked around the lake, fished, kayaked, and the kids searched for invasive snails.
Kona loved hiking around the lake. She's such a little adventure dog!
The kids took Kona out in the kayak and found 195 invasive snails. They tuned them in to the visitor center for 11 ice cream bars!
Lance and I hung out at the beach while the kids kayaked around. It was such a beautiful day!
It was such a great trip with lots of family time. I would love to come back to this campground someday!
